hi, i have a room available in chapel hill for $675 a month plus utilities. the house is available now until june 14 or can be renewed for next year as well.
this house is also very close to carrboro with 2 bus stops located nearby. it's only 3 years old and has granite countertops in the kitchen, hardwoods downstairs and new carpet upstairs (where your room would be). there would be 3 other girls (unc students) living there as well and an adorable dog (girl boxer!). you would be sharing a bathroom with another girl but there are 2 sinks and plenty of storage. there is also an alcove upstairs that you can use as a study area (there is currently a desk there) or store extra belongings. the living room and kitchen are fully furnished. there is a tv with cable, as well as internet already set up, and a washer and dryer. a new alarm system was installed this fall as well. parking is included and there is also a free parking lot nearby for guests!
