i'm looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment from as soon as possible to june 2012 (or longer if it works out).the apartment is in a small, single-level complex located off hillsborough street. very close to campus, about a 15 min walk, and there is also a bus stop just up the street.
the bedroom will not be furnished, but the living room will be. kitchen includes washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, oven and stove top as well as plenty of cabinet storage and counter storage space.
parking space provided.
this a very nice apartment in a very desirable location for a good price. looking for a fellow unc student, but that really doesn't matter at all.
no cigarette smoking inside, but smoking outside is just fine.
