this is a 3 bedroom house in the suburbs that sits on a 1 acre lot. it is in thewoods so you cannot be afraid to live a few miles out in the country\farmland. it is
in a nice , quiet neighborhood that has school age children. it is about 6 miles away
from carrboro nc and unc chapel hill. it is also not far from elon college in
burlington, nc. research triangle park is about 25 minutes away.
the bedroom is the midsized of all three and is going for $400 monthly.
i will be one of the roommates plus there will be another person living there as well. . the bathroom will be shared with the person. i am looking for a new roommate of any gender or age.
of course the utilities will be divided equally.
there is internet at the house but and regular tv. internet is only $51 a month and is divided equally among the roommates.
there is a washer\dryer and a dishwasher on the property.
there is a cat friendly dog in the house. other dogs are welcome too.
this is a rental home in which i have been living there for 5 years. real estate associates located in durham nc is the company that collects the rent. they do require a application plus a small fee for everyone that lives in the house.a deposit may be required for pets and the room.
real estate associates will also perform a credit \ criminal back ground check for each person that is interested in living in this home.
