spacious 1200 sq/ft apartment. you will have your own bedroom and bathroom, with walk-in closet. pets are welcome, as long as they are friendly with other animals as we already have a small dog and cat. in unit laundry. large kitchen. heated 24 hour pool and hot tub, with a 24 hour fitness center located near the office. apartment is near loop 101 and 202, as well as the chandler fashion center. less than 20 minutes from mesa community college and less than 30 minutes to asu (with traffic). current residents are myself (a.j.) and my roommate jessie. we are open to meeting with a potential resident for coffee to discuss possible move-in. jessie and i are both currently students and working full time, so everyone will be in and out of the apartment throughout the week. if you love music, you will fit right in. looking forward to hearing from you! if you want pictures please message me, i wasn't able to successfully upload them.
