hello,
my roommate and i are looking for a third female roommate starting in january or february 2011 for about 6 months. i am currently going to graduate school for physical therapy and she is working full time in the finance field. we are both pretty laid back and pretty much gone all day...
the room to be rented is funrished (but if you want to bring some of your stuff, it's perfectly fine), the rent is 500 dollars, everythiing (utilities and internet) included. the townhouse is about 1800sq/ft and has a big common area (kitchen + living room + dining table) and a nice patio. the townhouse is located in the complex villas at savona, in chandler. the complex has a pool, a spa and a small gym.
