about the complex: this is a gated community, with excellent property management. the landscape is maintained, the management is good, and offers many features such as: 24 hour gym, a large pool with flat screen tv's, ample amount of parking, storage area's, children's park, and is near the 202 freeway.
about my apartment: i have furnished the apartment, and upon move in, you would simply need to furnish your room and bathroom. i have a 4k flat screen tv, leather couches, high-speed internet, new carpeting, fans, and beautiful landscape around the apartment.
apartment requirements: in order to live here you have to become apart of the lease. the apartment requires the following: no felony record, no active evictions, no debt in collections, and proof of income.
