hi, i have a room with your own bathroom! i need to know if you're interested by aug 30th at [email protected]. i'm currently renting a 2 bedroom apt with 2 bathrooms it's divided by the living-room/dining-room. it's located in chandler on n. alma school near warner. the average amount of rent is about $525 mo. which includes electric, wifi, and a water dispenser service by sparklettes. i don't currently have cable. it is a 8 to 12 month lease with a $25 background/credit check by kachina apartments. i've lived here for 18 mo now and i really enjoy living here. my current roommate will be leaving by 9-25. for more information about this complex check out kachina apartments my apartment is 1,000 sq ft. it's on the second floor and over looks one of the 2 pools. free gas grills which i use all of the time. a fitness room and hot tube located at the 2nd pool. the apartment has a washer and dryer in it and a coin operated one on complex for larger loads.
