the rent includes 2 bedrooms, rented out as a single unit, attached to a private full bath, also part of the unit. the rooms are 12' x 12', and 12' x 13.5'. access to the unit is through a curtained doorway off the dining area, and down a private hall.you will be sharing the rest of the house with me, which includes: the kitchen, dining area, family room, living room, laundry room, and yard.

internet, tv, garbage, water, sewage are included in the rent.
you will be responsible for 1/2 of the gas and electric bill which will average you about $50 a month (typical utility bill is about $100).
