i am looking for a roommate that is similar to myself. i am down to earth, responsible, relate easily to others, have high aspirations, nice, structured, professional and i am a little bit of a geek. i love comic con and all the superhero movies like batman, superman and x-men. i am an extrovert. if you are an introvert this is not a house for you. i have an 11-year-old daughter and a little 7 pound bostonuahua. she is adorable and loving. i split custody with my ex-husband so emma is here 15 days out of the month. i have three other children that are older, they are all in their 20s but they visit me frequently and stay overnight frequently. my mother also visits from tucson once every month or every other month. my family is very close and i love having my children close to me. i respect boundaries however, your room is your sanctuary. in tandem i expect you to respect those boundaries regarding my room and emma's room as well. i would never ever step foot in your room, without your permission. in return i expect the same respect. the common rooms, are just that common rooms. we have a two-car garage, storage underneath the stairs and a spare room for guest that we both can have our family or friends stay in. the bedroom that is available for rent is 12 x 12. this allows for a queen size bed, with a dresser and a desk if you desire. it has a large closet that spans from one end of the room to the other end of the room. i believe the closet is a straight 10 foot closet with a shelf that spans the full 10 feet. we also have wireless direct tv and wireless internet. if you have any questions whatsoever please feel free to email me, in addition i would like to interview and meet you. once we met i am happy to take you on a tour of the house and of the room. happy househunting!
