i have a large room available as of august 1, 2012. it does not have an attached bathroom but the spare bathroom is yours, and only yours ( which is right outside your bedroom door)! the room has a walk in closet as well. it is on the ground floor corner unit and it is a large 1350 sq ft town-home. i have a washer and dryer that you will also have full access to and no added charges for that! i also have wifi and comcast cable. i am asking 450 and half of utilities( which range from about 80-100 a month which does include the comcast and tv). i am looking for a years lease and you will be on the lease with me. it is a very nice place and always kept clean.

i am a single mother of twin girls. they turn three in september. i only have them sunday through wednesday nights so we will have weekends free. if you have any other questions or want to come see the place please email me or call me and leave a message. i also can text.
