prefer you are a non-smoker, but if you do then it will have to be outside.

rent is $550 a month, plus utilities (excluding water). internet available.
move in will be sometime during november.
you will have your own room.
the kitchen and bathroom are shared.

i have two cats and am not willing to part with them
i do not smoke or do drugs, but i drink occasionally
i have never been late on a rent or bill payment and i will expect you to do the same
