hello! fisrt off....this place is avail 3 weeks from whatever day you are viewing this message. rent will be prorated based on the day you move in. $100 deposit required. minimum 6 month agreement, rental contract required.i've got a nice place in cary that you can call home!! well shaded porch/main entry, close parking, lake down the hill, 1310 sq ft, peaceful interior, leather furniture, 50 inch tv, xbox 360, 5 disc home theater, nice-sized bedroom, and a washer/dryer. i have a cat, and my current roommate has a cat, and he has kept that room in great shape. but rest assured that should you decide to move here, your room would be clean of cat presence. no cats, small dogs/caged pets ok. no cable, some tv channels, dsl internet. i may be giving my cat away soon.
about me: i'm brad, i own the condo, i'm very laid back and easy-going. i prefer life in a drama-free environment, i am honest, respectful of privacy and space, active, single, reasonably clean and organized, no real big personal hangups....i enjoy movies, music(great metal collection), reading, flying model helicopters, wood lathing, etc, and i have a bicycle, too. many trails around here. there's a possibiliy that you may have this place to yourself alot, and that i may be giving up my cat. i'm in the process of debating about being a truck driver, so if that happens, the place would be in your hands a lot of the time.
about you: be dependable in character, have a steady job, be respectful, honest, reasonably clean, and of general good nature, if that's not too redundant haha! if you smoke please do so outside. i want to know that you're going to pay the bills on time, and that you won't put my home in any sort of jeapordy. i may not be home much, and i need to know that someone reliable will be here. parties? case by case basis. that about does it, if you've read this far, thank you, and i hope to meet some cool candidates soon!
