available september 6th!room for rent with private bathroom in cary, nc off cary parkway convenient to highway, mall, shopping centers, and parks & recreation. 10-15 minutes away from ncsu campus & downtown raleigh. rent would include partial utilities (pay half electricity bill), wifi, use of washer/dryer & kitchen area utilities. this is a townhouse with 2 bedrooms of which one room is available with a private bathroom, closet space, and some items furnished for storage/air mattress also available if needed.
must be okay with pets (i have 1 dog/1 cat easygoing). i am a 23 year old working professional male & student; prefer roommate to be female, gay male, or gay friendly male. need roommate asap-room is ready and available on september 6th!
6-12 month lease at $500 rate. $550 for month to month lease.
