looking for a professional female roommate to share my 2br/ 2.5ba townhome in cary, nc. the bedroom includes a walk-in closet and personal bathroom attached to the bedroom. the rest of the home is furnished, but the room is not. i have a washer and dryer in the house. i am asking $625 a month which will include rent, waste disposal, water, electric, cable, and internet. there is a community pool, easy greenway access, and assigned parking space with visitor spots available in close proximity.

located in the heart of downtown cary, minutes from 40, crossroads shopping center, and park west village. 15-20 minute commute to rtp.
