my room mate is leaving so i will have a room available on august 1st. the apartment is a 2 bedroom, one bath unit in a newer, more high end, apartment complex. it has a washer and dryer in the unit, cable, high speed internet, new kitchen, work out room, an indoor swimming pool opened year round, basket ball court, racket ball room, play ground and picnic area. it is centrally located, on the bus line, in a good school district, close to unc and the hospital. the neighbors are lovely; it is just a great place to live! utilities run about $170.00 a month. you must be clean, responsible, non smoking, drug free, with no criminal record. i have a sweet, laid back personality but i have a child so i'm picky about who i want living with us. you can sign the lease with me for a year or go month to month. small pets are okay, but the apartment complex will require an additional pet deposit. i've included a link below to the apartment complex. please write me if you are interested.
