hello! i have a 1500sqft 3bdrm, 2 1/2 bath condo located in tanglewood off carlsbad village and el camino real, and am looking to rent out just one of the rooms. i use the 3rd bdrm for storage/workout room, so it will not be rented out and remain empty. i stay up in murrieta one day a week and every other weekend, so i am rarely home.

it was recently remodeled; all appliances, bathrooms, carpet & flooring are about 3 years old. you would have your own private bathroom, along with kitchen privileges and a parking spot in the garage.

i am a professional female in my early 30s who maintains a quiet lifestyle. i am a non-smoker and will have a glass of wine or go out every now and then, but never bring the party home. i am looking for one friendly, responsible roommate with the same values, who i get along with and trust not to burn the house down while i'm away. no pets or smokers please.

the room is available as soon as december 1st, but can be wait until january if i find the right fit....if interested, please respond to this post with a little about yourself, and any questions for me.
