hi there...my wife and i live in the cape, and have a spare room for rent. for $500 a month, this will include your room, light, water, cable, and internet! also, laundry is included. all you need to buy extra is for groceries. we have 3 cats and 3 dogs so hope you're pet friendly, and please no more pets since we have enough here. this is a smoke free home, but if you're a smoker, you can smoke in the back porch. asking for reponsible female looking to rent a room for at least 6 months, and will speak again to see if we want this to continue for another 6 months. rent can be collected in half every two weeks (either the 1st and the 15th, or the 15th and the 30th of every month). we also are requiring 1 month security deposit, and you will receive it back at the end of the 6 month term, or this will start your next term with first month free!
