i'm reletting my room at campus evolution, my fianc� and i are getting ready to head overseas so i'm throwing in some extras if you want them!-room b will be available december 1, 2015 but you won't have to pay rent until january!
-lease ends on may 31, 2016 you will have the option to extend the lease if you want.
-rent is $485 per month; most utilities (cable/internet/water/etc.) are included. electricity is typically under $30 per month.
-the apartment is a 2 bedroom/2 bath, the other girl who lives here is a senior at wt.
-there is plenty of privacy having your own room and bathroom (rooms have lock on doors).
-washer and dryer in unit!
-full kitchen with all of the appliances!
-free parking!
-only 1.4 miles from wt!
-computers and printers are available for residents!
-free tanning!
-gym access!
-pool and volleyball court on property!
-pets are welcome for a fee!
-i'm willing to leave my brand new tv, keurig and blackout curtains as an added bonus!mostly because i won't be able to use them overseas anyway!
