the apartment is fully furnished, has central heating and air with washer and dryer inside unit. it has large living room, full kitchen two bathrooms, large bedrooms, with free wifi, internet, cable. the complex has club house, with full kitchen, pool table, game room, large flat screen tv's, tanning salon, 24 hour media roo., computer lab and fitness center. grounds have pool, grilling station, dog park, trails, volleyball court, indoor/outdoor fireplace, parties, social events, plenty of free food almost everyday.

management is pretty flexible when it comes to rent and utilities. rent is between $414-$430 depending on your locked in rate. utility is only electricity usually between $30-$40.
