phone # at the bottom, call me. i'm looking to have someone move in at the beginning of january so asap since i'm moving out and need someone to take my place. the place is soooo nice & it's only $300. that's right, $300 ! ! ! not really picky at all on who lives here. we're all peoples' people so we get along with anyone. the living room and kitchen are both very large and is a great place to entertain guests. i wish you could see the place right now cause you would love it!! you will be sharing the only room with 1 other person (24 yr. old male) but the room is big. the 3rd roommate will be in the living room (40 yr. old male). the whole place is sparkly clean, no trash. any questions? are you interested in the grand tour? just call cyrus @ 818.277.2031 p.s. both roommates work several hours a week and have really busy lives so you will usually have the place all to yourself! :)
