good credit and income required!i have one bedroom for rent beginning may 1, 2016 for 1(one) person in my 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached home near jab andrews. newer windows.
room can come with bed, mini refrigerator, nightstand, shelves and closet.
$500 for a 1 year+ lease (preferred)
$550 for less than 1 year
this is one of two bedrooms on the second floor, you would share that floor with one other (military) tenant.
the owner's master bedroom and bath is separate on the first floor so there is privacy, though the dog tends to roam around at will. if you ignore her, she will ignore you. if you give her affection she will stick to you like glue. lol
there is a washer and dryer in the partially finished basement, and 2 full and one half bathrooms in the house.
rent includes common fios tv, internet, all utilities.
off street parking is also available.
15 min drive to alexandria, 15 min drive to capitol hill, short bus ride in front of house to southern ave or branch ave metro stations and jab andrews main gate which is 2 miles away.
quiet, low key, no drama household. absolutely no smokers, drugs, or other illegal activity, tolerated.
however i do have a lazy but affectionate 5 year old spayed weimaraner. you must be good
with dogs.
owner is a gay man, so you must be ok with that also. this is not a sexual situation advertisement. mutual respect and privacy is assured, respected and expected.
