spacious room for rent on second floor of a single family house located in quiet neighborhood in cambria heights. room has a nice size closet. room is equipped with a mini refrigerator for tenants use & a a/c for the summer months. tenant must share kitchen. rent includes gas, water, cable(pay per view @ extra charge), & internet. during the summer month there may be an additional charge towards the electric bill for the use of the a/c.there is plenty of parking in area. multiple restaurants nearby. laundry, grocery store, cvs , & library in walking distance of residents. the q27, q77, & q84 bus stop is located seconds from resident. also the q4 stop is close by. 15 minute bus ride to a, e, j, & f subway lines. 5 minute bus ride to the queens village lirr station.
we are looking for a individual who is mature, respectful, responsible, trustworthy, & clean. individual must be capable of paying rent on time. must have a stable job and be able to provide proof of income/ employment. this room is for rent for a single person(sorry no couples). no smoking or pets allowed inside household.
