i am looking for a roommate (preferably a female) to move into the 3rd bedroom in my house. my roommate and i are in our mid-twenties and work full time as teachers. if you are interested in moving in, here are some things you should know:
--i have pets: i have a dog, a cat, and two lizards. if you have pets, we would need to discuss whether introducing them to my current pets would work.
--we get up early.
--we don't party. i have alcohol in my home and drink occasionally, but i don't drink in excess.
--we do not do drugs. if i find drugs in my house, it will be grounds for eviction.
--we like to have people over.
--you will share a bathroom with my current roommate.

i am asking for $300 a month for everything: this includes rent, utilities, satellite tv, and internet.

i require a $100 move-in deposit that is refundable when you move out, granted that the room is in the same condition as when you moved in. you will also need to provide confirmation of steady employment and 2 references. please email me if you are at all interested.
