room available with rental agreement.about me: i'm a male in a relationship but live alone. i'm looking for an open minded roommate. i'm a quiet person and keep to myself at times but i'm not unsociable. i respect others privacy and expect the same in return.
this home is in a good subdivision close to fire department and police station. it is a quiet and friendly neighborhood.
i have a private room for lease for $425 a month. this room is not furnished except for a computer desk that can be removed if needed. i may be able to furnish this room if needed but that is to be determined and based on what is needed. central heat/air, utilities, cable tv connection, use of washer and dryer, use of kitchen, and wireless internet is also included in the rent payment. a deposit of $125 will be required and refunded at the end of the termed agreement if you leave the place as you found it.
there is a separate full size bathroom for your use that may be used by guest that visit the home.
there is a workout room with treadmill, work bench, small weights, and tv. permission to use this room by the person on the lease is still being considered.
no illegal drugs or abuse of prescription drug use will be permitted. smoking is only permitted outside on back porch. moderate drinking is okay.
this lease will be for 1 to 3 months but is renewable if both parties come to agreement.
