i'm a settled, 59 yr. old responsible person looking for a with traditional values that’s honest, settled, considerate, financially independent to rent a furnished room to. i travel several times a month so the home will be all yours on a regular basis. you would be required to pay rent at $400.00 + 1/2 of still's (approx. $120) depending on the season- but is negotiable. the room is 12’ x 14’- with 2 windows and a private bath/shower combination and central heat and air. you would have the use of the whole house with the exception of my room and the guest bedroom when guests are here, which is less than once a month. i have central a/c & heat, dishwasher, full laundry appliances, dish tv with recording feature that can be hooked up in your room. i have a nice stereo system, high speed wireless internet, washer, dryer, ample parking, real nice big kitchen/den/living room with sky lights. there's a piano, and other instruments available if i was fortunate enough to rent to a musician. the home is very clean and secure, in a very private, quiet section of covington, less that 1 mile from down town, and easily accessible by bike bike trail in 10 minutes. i have one very old dog and 1 cat, so pets will have to be negotiated based on their behavior. my home is located close to drug store, grocery, restraints, banking, all of which be accessed by bike in 20 minutes from here.a good roommate would be a responsible, kind, trustworthy person that works on a regular basis and pays their bills on time, with ref's. i can send pic's via e-mail for serious inquiries with ref's.
