we are both hard working easy going friendly people,you will be sharing our 2 story 4 bedroom home and have access to all its features.the room for rent is the master bedroom @ 13.6 x 11.6 in dimension with a back deck attached that will be shared as well at times but not often.utilities are included ie: power, water, appliance use and high speed internet and netflix as well.we also have a weight bench with attachments if you like to stay fit.each person buys their own food and labels it with their initials, you may keep a mini fridge in your room if desired.a background check is required, the $50.00 deposit you pay is non refundable and go's toward the cost of your background check, if you don't have a clean past you will be turned down.we have alot of fun and look forward to meeting you and sharing our humble abode.welcome roomie :)
