we are renting a room with private bathroom in our condo - located on lake champlain and the bike path. your room is on the first floor - large (13' x 15.5') with a high ceiling, a large closet, deck and patio door. the bathroom adjacent to room is private and has a toilet, sink, and a large shower with 2 built-in seats. for more pictures just ask. there is an outdoor parking space for you in front of the condo and a garage parking space can be made available. there is a gas grill on the deck that you can use. our bedroom/bath is on the second floor. there is an outdoor pool (with gas grills) and 2 tennis courts.the location is marvelous –downtown burlington is 4 miles south on the bikepath or on the beltline. great sunsets/lake and mountain views. stairs give access to the public beach.
$550/month. plus $75 for utilities. we also have a washer/dryer. we are big netflix fans and watch movies (a lot) on our 52” screen... you can always feel free to join us for movie night or set up your own system in you room. we have comcast broadband with wireless...if you want we can arrange for you to share that-it would cost you $25/month.
