it's a large house, and there are only two dudes here... plus two kittens that are so unbelievably magnificent that you'll weep upon meeting them. our third roomie has relocated to ny, so we need you to take over his room. bam!

in one word -- awesomecakes. we live in the heart of burbank, with easy access to the 5, 134, 101, and major roads like magnolia, burbank blvd, san fernando, etc. within two miles of our house you'll find: trader joe's, ralph's, target, best buy, staples, home depot, in-n-out, about ten gas stations, and lovely neighbors who keep to themselves. it's a dream.
