i am a 34 female, i have a ranch house and am looking to rent the bedroom in the basement. the basement is fully furnished with a large bathroom and laundry room. you will have full access to the house. i have a full kitchen, living room and another full bathroom upstairs. everything is furnished except for the downstairs bedroom. there is also a 2 1/2 car garage for your car and storage if you need it. there is pretty decent yard with a patio.

i am looking for someone is their 20's/30's that can pay rent/bills.

i have a full time corporate job in the city and am gone from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm monday - friday. i have 3 little dogs that are caged while i am gone.


rent is $850 plus utilities which we will split
