spare empty bedroom in my townhouse. the room is large, has paneled walls , and off-white carpeting. closet is built-in into half of one wall. but closet extends outside of room, so room space is large.the rest of the house is fully furnished. living room contains couch and large screen tv. kitchen has electric appliances, including dishwasher and microwave. there is a laundry room in downstairs half-bathroom with washer and dryer. full size bathroom upstairs. me and my daughter share a bedroom at one end of upstairs hallway, and the empty spare bedroom is at other end.
landlord will not let extra pets in , only my dog ( small size ) , and cat.
your share of rent is $395. water/sewage/trash included in that price.
i pay separately for electric and gas, and would require a portion of those bills .
