i have a huge master bedroom for rent. this is two bedroom apartment on a second floor of an apartment complex.

rent is $900, +$400 security deposit that i will give you back whenever you want to move out, just have to give me a 30 days notice. i can split deposit in two payment or prorate monthly rate. this is month to month bases. will consider a couple.
i'm a nice and quiet guy, i'm a full time student at uci. i also have a full time job and another part time job, so i'm almost never home. i leave at 5am and come back late. all apartment will be yours pretty much.
apartment is close to knott's berry farm and disneyland, lots of restaurants and bars. close to fcc, csuf, csulb.
