house/room:private bedroom 11' x 11' in a 2,000 sq ft furnished house in buda .the house has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, and a garage used as storage for my business needs. the living room, kitchen, bathroom and outdoor spaces are all shared spaces. outdoor space includes covered patio, and large fenced-in yard. it's a nice house in a quiet, spacious neighborhood.
roommates:
i am the owner of the house, male. i am in the process of starting a business and currently work for a major airline at abia. i do a bit of light gardening, enjoy cooking, and kicking back with a beer out on the back porch every now and then. moving into one of the three bedrooms as of this june is another male late 40s, soft-spoken, polite, and all-around super nice guy. the third...could be you!
rent:
$650 includes utilities
utilities include electric, water, garbage , tv & wifi/internet
at-will contract, month-to-month.
things of note:
- i have two dogs, so no more pets. ( i see you have a dog too)
- no smoking indoors, please. outdoors is fine.
- quiet, friendly neighborhood with lots of space.
- we live next door to a pretty nice state trooper whose patrol car is often in the driveway...so far, no break-ins.
- close to shopping and moontower saloon--which host live music
- being generally respectful of those around you by cleaning up after yourself in shared areas, contributing with household chores, replacing what you consume, and giving some advance notice for things out of the ordinary goes a long way. i live by these rules and expect the same of others.
- i own the house and i also live here, so i like to keep on top of repairs and make sure they're done right. i love this house and want to keep it nice and in shape--i hope you will, too!
