we are looking for fun, outgoing, respectful roommate(s) to share a five bedroom house. myself and my cousin share the upstairs and want to rent out the finished basement. the basement has two bedrooms and a bathroom, a furnished living room (including tv with cable hookup/two couches/coffee table/kitchen table/bar), washer/dryer, food storage, fridge and microwave. the kitchen and dining room upstairs are shared space. the house has a very spacious yard and i have a very friendly great dane. there is also space for storage in the shed in the back yard and the garage. the garbage bill is included, but we split the water, comcast (cable & internet), and xcel (electric & gas) bills.
