this listing is for 2 rooms for rent in a great house. the house is located off of alcott in broomfield, close to all the major stores and the interstate. the house is a great home in a great neighborhood. there are two rooms for rent and the rent is $500 a month . there is a garage and a huge drive way, a new patio was just put in, in the back for a great party area for the summer. i travel a lot so i'm not home often so the house is pretty much free for you to relaxe in. the two rooms are both upstairs rooms and they are unfurnished. the house is being repainted right now and pretty soon hardwood floors are going to be installed. the deposit is $400 and the rent is $500. contact me asap with any questions or interests as the first of the month is approaching quickly and i need to get this all squared away. i will also consider a month to month lease if that works better for you. i will not accept out of country interests as i have been scammed before and the only way that will happen is if funds are sent via western union. otherwise only ppl within the united states need apply for this. also in may there is a suite in the downstairs part of the house that will be available to move into as the roommate in that room is moving to boulder. this space is a first come first serve bases so if you are interested in being the one that gets this room please let me know. this room has it's own bathroom and is downstairs in the house and away from everyone else. if the deposit is a problem get with me and we can figure something out. i need to have this rented by friday. :) plus if you have a pet we can discuss it and unlike other places there is no other pet deposit needed or monthly pet rent. i have a dog so i'm cool and understand the pain in the butt it is sometimes to find to rent with an animal. :)
