one bedroom available in three bedroom apartment. one block from myrtle-broadway j/m/z, ten minute walk to l or g, b54 directly across myrtle ave. i work as a professional dog walker and the second room mate is a paralegal working in manhattan. since we both work every day of the week 9 - 5 we are very low key mon - fri, but we like to have fun on weekends. open to both male and female applicants. we like to keep the place clean, but aren't strict with it. two cats, both very friendly, so no dogs. apartment (including appliances) is recently refurbished with hardwood floor/central heat/dishwasher/roof access/exterior door is key code locked/not a crowded building. laundry across the street. lots of bodegas, grocery stores and bars nearby.
