apartment is great, open living room and kitchen. the room is a pretty standard size for nye, nice big closet. you would be living with two other people . close to a lot of bars and restaurants, 10 min walk to the ac train, 20 mins to the city, and 10 mins to downtown bk.rent is $800 a month. there is an application process ($60). if approved, must pay 1st and last months rent and a security deposit. 1st months ($800) rent will go to the renting office, and last months rent and security deposit ($1600) will go to the person moving out since they have already paid for it. total amount for move in is $2400.
