hi there,i'm renting a lovely room in a newly renovated 3 bedrooms apartment, located in the heart of a great and trending neighborhood in bushwick, brooklyn.
the available room is sunny and very convenient with a built-in closet and hot/cold ac unit with remote.
it easily fit a full/queen size bed plus some furniture.
the apartment has 1.5 bathrooms, full kitchen with an amazing roof skylight and a view upon the park cross the street and a park.
the room is available for an immediate move in. the apartment is very close to all amenities, and the two roommates are amazing, very clean, excellent cooker and super friendly! one, is 27years old and works for hp, and the other one 28, turning 29 who works for the united nations.
the area is quite and safe, nice neighborhood with 24/7 grocery stores, delis, bars, restaurants and friendly residents. the building has 6 apartments (2 in each floor), a locked main entrance with a code, laundry room in the basement, super, 24/7 video surveillance, video intercom and an accessible rooftop. the apartment is in the second and last floor of a new building with a great rooftop for summer.
there are also five subway stations couple blocks away (l, m, j, z and c trains: 15-20min to downtown/lower east side - manhattan) and b26 and b60 buses around the corner.
