hello! we are currently seeking to fill two rooms in our house. we rent out the bottom part of a two story brownstone. the first floor includes living room, dining room, and kitchen. the 2nd floor contains all four bedrooms. there are two bathrooms - toilets are communal but showers are separate (one upstairs one downstairs). there is also a big patio in the back with a grill (cigarette smoking is ok but outside). we are also 420 friendly. lastly, we do have a giant basement with plenty of storage space. heat and hot water are included - utilities come out to about $130-150 a month (includes internet, dish satellite tv(can be added to any room), and electric) we also have a dishwasher and washer/dryer. the room measurements for this room are 7'7" by 12'6" with a closet that is 4'3" wide and 2'2" deep (can provide info on other larger room if interested).

the couple that lived with us is now moving out. the current occupants are a guy and girl - both of us an employed and we mostly keep to ourselves. we have a larger room for $1075 that is available may 1st (can provide more info if interested and link to other craigslist ad). this $825 room is available by april 18th - we would charge half rent and utilities. also we need someone looking to stay for a least a year to sign the new lease may 1st and a security deposit would be due at this time.

we are looking for those who are easy-going and share our love of board games and the occasional drink. (we also usually have a fully stocked bar) we mostly are in our rooms but get together for the occasional tv show or movie to watch together. we aren't everyday parties because we work in the week but we are super chill and relax. if you are interested, feel free to contact us; we would love to meet you!
