please take over my lease! i am moving out with one month left and we are looking for long term roommates who will sign the lease when it renews (at the end of july).

the apartment is right on franklin ave, literally two minutes from the 2/3/4/5 train stop. super convenient! it has a fully furnished kitchen and dining room area. you'll be living with two women in their early/mid 20s, both of them are really sweet and chill. one works in healthcare/social services and the other works as a video editor.

the room is pretty big--it'll fit a full sized bed and a dresser with plenty of room to spare. you'll have access to the fire escape too which is really nice in the summertime! it also has a standard sized closet.
