cute bedroom in a beautiful apartment with backyard. the apartment is newly renovated and is ready for move in. the room itself fits a queen sized bed (no profile frame) and a dresser. the closet is in a another room and is big. there is also a basement you can store items that you don't use often, so no worries about storage. the apartment is fully furnished except for the bedroom being rented out.utilities are not included. landlord only pays for water.
looking for a responsible roommate who cleans after herself. we can rotate cleaning weeks but in between cleanings if you make the mess, please clean it up. trying to avoid mice/rats and other pests. looking for a roommate who naturally takes their outside shoes off when entering the apartment.
it is nice to have a clean apartment to come home to for the both of us. no drugs and no drama please.
