30-year old female looking for a roommate to take over the second bedroom for an amazing, well-maintained 2 bedroom apartment. my wonderful roommate is moving to philadelphia to live with her boyfriend.the apartment has exposed brick, dishwasher, and a large bathroom. your room has a front-facing window and space for a queen bed, dresser, desk. the bedroom could come furnished with a bed, dresser, and desk if that is something that you are interested in.the living space is move-in ready--furnished and with a stocked kitchen/bathroom, as i have been in the same space for many years. this is my seventh year in the same space because it is a great space in an amazing location.
located steps from the bergen f train stop it is close to everything that you could want! the neighborhood itself is convenient to shopping (4 blocks to trader joe's!), transportation, and great bars/restaurants on smith street.
looking for a roommate in a similar position-i am a teacher so my mornings are early and need someone who appreciates that and won't host parties at 1am on a weeknight.
please have copies of your last two pay stubs (for proof of employment) and be ready to provide a personal reference (for proof of how great you are!).
if you do sign the lease, i'm asking for: one month's security deposit and the rent for august 2016 (totaling $2700). rent includes all utilities (internet, gas, water, electric).
looking to show the apartment this weekend 7/9 and 7/10 or early next week for an august 1st move-in date.
