this apartment is the best apartment i've ever lived in. it is a true 2-bedroom, around 600 sf in total. it has high ceilings (around 10'), windows in every room, and solid wood floors. it's nothing huge but it is a perfect size for two people to comfortably live in. it is clean with new kitchen cabinetry and a black granite countertop, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, gas stove and it even has a washer and dryer! although there are multiple laundromats around the neighborhood, somehow this amenity makes my life infinitely better. it is located on a quiet street about a half block from the 15th street prospect park f and g subway stop and is a 3 minute walk from the se corner of prospect park. it is also next to the infamous double windsor bar, which has amazing food as well. there are a few cool restaurant spots nearby that are definitely worth checking out if you're into food. the room for rent is large enough to fit a full bed (photos attached feature a full bed) and has a closed closet space. the tall dresser in the photos comes with the room, the bed does not.
