i have to relocate to another state for work and need to fill my room in a 6 bedroom 2 story 2 bath apartment. move in date is a bit flexible but somewhere between october 1st and november 1st. must be willing to sign lease (you would be taking my place on the lease obviously) i am hoping to find someone asap in order to make the transition for everyone as smooth as possible with plenty of time for everyone to plan and prepare. must be pet friendly as there are three cats and one small dog that live with us. 420 friendly! female roommate is strongly preferred. absolutely no couples. you would be living with three gay males and two females. ages range but all somewhere in 20's and 30's. everyone is really awesome! even though six people all living in one apartment seems like it would be hectic it never is. everyone's schedules are so different so there are plenty of times when i have the whole apartment to myself. everyone is really friendly and fun to hang out with while still being respectful of privacy. no one is particularly messy but no one is a neat freak either. it is a very laid back household. there is balcony access through one of the bedrooms upstairs. laundry in the apartment! this has been without a doubt my favorite thing about this apartment. it's such an amazing and rare luxury in new york. the bedroom you would be taking is on the smaller side but very cozy. it has two large windows so you get incredible sunlight all day long. it has a small closet with some shelf space but there are plenty of other closets throughout the apartment for additional storage. bedford/nostrand g only a five minute walk away. close to herbert von king park. close to tons of awesome bars, restaurants and caf�s. the room is $850 and a deposit of $850 would also be required as well as an application fee for a credit check of $80. utilities are usually around $100 per person. if this seems like a good fit for you feel free to text or email me with your info and i can send some pictures of the place. i look forward to hearing from you!
