this is a huge fully furnished bedroom available in this three bedroom apartment. the other two rooms are currently occupied by airbnb guests until dec 31st, at which point i will be refilling them, or getting a sublease for them. it is currently two females, one student, and one professional. there is 2 cats owned by one of the roommates, however i have yet to see the cats outside of her bedroom. the bedroom has a queen size bed, and a full closet among other things. there is a shared bathroom across the hall. everything you need is in the kitchen as well.rent includes all utilities, wifi, laundry in the basement, cleaning once a week by maid service and cost of room.
there is an air conditioning unit in the bedroom, and one in the living room. the living room has a wii which is connected to netflix or with the ability to play games.
