hey guys!i have a private room in bushwick available (i'm moving out to live with a friend of mine..) it is a sublease, so it would be a year commitment, yet getting approved isn't difficult at all (honestly, i got approved, and i don't have great anything..)
it's definitely a steal for nyc standards- large room, brand new building for young professionals (but any age is welcome), free wifi, speaker system built into the walls, furnished rooftop, furnished basement lounge, laundry in the building, free gym, backyard area with grills and lots of seats, a/c unit built into the wall, aaand this isn't a scam lol
the room is large (biggest on the floor), and easily fits 2 dressors, desk, queen bed, and already has a closet. it can come furnished if you'd like (dressor and desk) right down the street from the trains as well (l train).
young professionals in the building, so it's clean, yet everybody likes to have fun, yet no one gets too loud.
pictures are below (some i stold from the realtor, so that's why the outside one looks fake). sept. 1st move-in.
