two ladies are looking for a third musketeer (a lady or a gentleman).
i'm moving out and i'm very sad about it. because these women are incredible! they are fun, intelligent and witty. they like to spend time in the living room chatting, watching tv or playing table games. still, each has their own room and there's plenty of quiet time as well.
the owner of the apartment is a vivacious business woman. she works in the city from 9 to 5pm.
the second lady is a biology teacher in a school around the corner. she usually gets in around 3pm.
about the place.
the apartment takes the whole 3rd floor of the duplex. there are only 3 apartments per duplex. the apartments are all brand new. new furniture, new appliances, new bathroom.
you will have your own private room with a walk-in closet! the bathroom is shared. the room is fully furnished with a queen size bed. two nights stands. a dresser. laundry hamper. i can also sell my desk and dresser mirror if you're interested.
there is a washer and a dryer in the apartment!!!
the street is quiet and there is plenty of parking on the street. it's about a 10 minute walk to 4, 3 trains at crown heights-utica av station and a, c trains at utica av station.
i'm looking for a mid october or november 1st move-in date.
the rent is $1200. utilities included.
