10' x 10' private bedroom w/ closet in 3 bed/ 1 bath. 2nd floor apartment has full kitchen, living room, dining room, balcony. very clean, newly renovated, new appliances. several laundry mats, grocery stores, restaurants within one block. parking is usually always available within one block.the neighborhood is very safe. apartment is 3 blocks from chauncey stop on j train and 3 blocks from bushwick-aberdeen stop on l train.
two males in 20s live in other two rooms,we are both full time school and/or work and spend pretty much all of our time in our rooms when we are home. it is not that we are unfriendly or anti-social, we just dont have much time/energy to party. with that said, if you are looking for a place to make your own via decorating, furnishing, painting, etc, this is good fit. the place has a very nice living and dining area that are never used, but should be. there is also a decent sized balcony that connects to the dining area and overlooks the street, which is awesome in the warm months.
we are looking for one unobtrusive person who is seeking a relaxing and comfortable environment to call home. we are very conscientious of respecting each others privacy and space, and are looking for someone who can appreciate that, and wants the same.
someone to sign a year lease (have proof of employment etc) is preferable. if credit is good, 1st month rent and security is acceptable. (if your credit isn't great, or looking for less than 1 year we might be able to work something out, but it would require 1st, last and security)
room is 875.00 per month
room is available feb 1st (possibly earlier).

there is a very friendly cat in the house which gets along with all other animals. (she can be kept out of your room if you prefer, but she will expect you to pet her when you are in the common areas) another pet would be considered if it is well behaved and friendly.
