hi there!we have a sunny, queen size bedroom with large closet for rent in a 3 bedroom apartment available starting april 1st (we're moving on that date as well, why the rooms are empty on photos). this building has been completely renovated and we will be the first to move-in. living room is super sunny and spacious with no buildings in front, so it really feels bright and happy.
rent is $1100 plus utilities ($40-$50 max), we would require first month and security deposit.
who we are: you would be living with two young professionals working in the events industry full time, we're clean and respectful - we love to hang out while remaining appreciative of your personal space and time.
the apartment & your room: the apartment has a l-shaped couch, big dining table, movie projector and wireless sound system all for your use. high ceilings, brand new stainless kitchen appliances with a dishwasher. kitchen is beautiful with lots of counter space - perfect for having friends over. spacious bathroom with good size bathtub. your queen size room is facing south, there are no other buildings giving you sun throughout the day - feels very quiet and peaceful. you'll have a full size closet with shelves going up to the ceiling. third room will be turned into office with storage, there is central heating and ac - this is a 3 unit building.
who you are: we're looking for a young professional with a full time job (no couples please), who is clean, responsible and pays bills on time. we'd love to meet you in person!
the neighborhood: a,c trains are literally down the street (2min walk) same as laundry. you'd be a walk away from all the bars and restaurants not only in bed-stuy but also crown heights. bed-stuy itself is a beautiful, tree lined, brownstone area filled with young professionals and locals. this is a great neighborhood without the hustle of tourists.
