Hello. I am the owner of a few rooms and apartments that I rent out. I do not charge a fee.

Two rooms on 2nd floor available immediately in 4 Room 2 Bath Duplex Apt.

Each room: $1000 for one occupant, one pet ok, no couples (unless you rent both rooms, then you would have the entire second floor to yourself and share the kitchen on the first floor): high ceiling, wood floors, furnished/unfurnished, 4 roommates share electric and internet bills; owner pays heat, hot water, cooking gas.

Shared space is large eat-in kitchen on first floor (no living room); 2 rooms and 1 shared full bath on each floor. 2 male roommates on the first floor. Laundromat is across 5th Avenue.

Located on 22nd Street between 5th and 6th Avenue in Brooklyn NY 11215. The nearest subway is the R train at 25th St and 4th Avenue. There is lots of shopping, dining, banking, etc. on 5th Avenue. Peaceful neighborhood.

No smoking, no vaping, no drugs, no 420, no loud parties, must recycle. One month security, no fees. Must be able to show valid photo id, proof of income and complete bank statement.

I am showing all rooms on Mondays and Tuesdays from noon to 8 pm. Owner, no fee.
