hi, i have an opening in my duplex apartment, it's a bedroom with a private bathroom and working space for $1300 plus electricity. the bedroom is huge and can fit a queen bed plus dresser and racks perfectly. the living room space is huge you can use part of it as an art or music working space. we will be sharing the common space (kitchen and living/dining room). i'm usually in my own space so you will feel like you are living on your own. it's in bushwick, one block from the train and very close to manhattan. tons of coffee shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets within a block of distance. it's a very safe neighborhood.

i'm looking for very responsible but fun roommates, preferible into art, music or design. i'm a designer and live with 2 cats. you must love animals.
